4 years as a Cannabis consultant to businesses selling downstream in the cannabis supply chain 
30 years of experience with various Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid cannabis strains consumed via smoking / vaping flower, liquids, and concentrates, as well as edibles (drinks, gummies, pills, baked goods, and candy).
20 years of multichannel marketing and commerce experience developing websites and email campaigns to drive traffic to websites & stores.
20 years of consulting experience have yielded a consultative approach to product sales: asking about and responding to customers
3 years of retail management experience selling merchandise, organizing displays, managing inventories, people, and special projects 
2 years of experience shopping at various legal dispensaries in NYC, noticing branding elements, best and worst practices.
2 years of experience developing an understanding of NYS Cannabis Regulations

Served as Brand Ambassador for a cannabis processor seeking to penetrate the New York State market. As a result, their products were stocked and well-displayed in 75% of the targeted dispensaries of interest.

Contracted with a NYC dispensary doing poorly compared to others in the neighborhood because they didn't understand their local market's needs, desires, and motivations. Studied the area's demographics, psychographics, socioeconomics, tastes, and preferences to optimize the store's product mix, inventory management, store design, budtender training, etc. We also developed a new website for them and drove traffic to both the website and their retail dispensary. As a result of all of these interventions, sales have been growing at approximately 35% per month.
